This full-time role blends locksmithing and garage door service — you’ll help residential, commercial, and automotive customers across Phoenix and Maricopa County with fast, professional, and trustworthy service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to residential, commercial, and automotive service calls, including lockouts.
• Rekey, install, and repair locks, deadbolts, and access-control hardware.
• Cut and program keys, fobs, and transponder/ignition keys.
• Diagnose and repair garage doors and openers — springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and alignment.
• Install new locks, garage doors, and opener systems, and provide accurate on-site estimates.
• Maintain your service-vehicle inventory, tools, and detailed job records.
• Deliver friendly, 5-star service that earns referrals and repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; locksmith or garage door experience preferred (we’ll train the right person).
• Comfortable working with springs, heavy components, hand tools, and ladders.
• Own basic tools, or the means to acquire the tools of the trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Able to pass a background check.
